Upasana is part of the project development team at Working Power, currently supporting a range of solar and microgrid projects with community partners in the Northeast and Texas. She joined Urban Ingenuity, Working Power’s parent company, in 2015, and has worked on a range of clean energy projects from single building retrofits to community solar to district energy systems. She also helped administer the DC PACE program for several years, developing many of the key program tools and processes of the program and closing more than $40 M in financing over three years. Along the way, Upasana graduated with a Master of Architecture and Master of Community Planning from the University of Maryland.
