As Director of Operations and Asset Management, Niki oversees all aspects of operations, financial underwriting and asset management for UI’s portfolio of solar and C-PACE projects.
Niki recently served as an advisor to the DC Green Bank’s DC PACE program. Before joining UI, Niki worked in community banking for 18 years, most recently as a Portfolio Manager at John Marshall Bank where she was responsible for asset management, underwriting and loan documentation for the Bank’s robust Community Development, Non-Profit and Commercial Real Estate lending portfolio. Niki holds a Certificate in Business and Commercial lending from the American Bankers Association.
