As COO and co-founder, Ian manages all aspects of clean energy project development and financial structuring.
For DC Commercial PACE he developed the operational infrastructure for program delivery and supports ongoing execution of the program. Prior to UI, Ian was the Vice President at Clean Energy Solutions, Inc. where he managed multidisciplinary teams that worked with cities and states nationwide to design and execute energy efficiency and renewable energy programs. His programs and projects have collectively deployed over $250 million of private capital into clean energy projects. Ian holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Biology from Brown University.
