In DC, President Biden's administration unveils $8 billion plan to accelerate solar energy
We are thrilled that US Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm, White House Climate Advisor Ali Zaidi, EPA Deputy Administrator Janet McCabe, and project partners toured the Brentwood Reservoir Community Solar project in the lead-up to Earth Day. The Secretary chose our first Working Power investment site to announce significant new IRA commitments, including announcing the DOE Community Power Accelerator winners. Congratulations to Working Power partners UPROSE, RETI Center, PUSH Buffalo, and Orleans Parish School Board for securing these important grants, which will serve as a springboard to accelerate our co-designed projects.
